6th February 2026 Newsletter

Year 3 and Year 5 enjoyed a fantastic turnout for their class assemblies, and we hope families enjoyed learning more about the children’s work; please remember assemblies start at 9:05am, with arrival at the office from 9:00am for a prompt start. This week marks the launch of our Spelling Bee, which has already proved a fun and motivating way for children to practice their spellings, while staff will also be working together on our INSET day on 23rd February to strengthen handwriting, inclusive teaching, and communication approaches. We were delighted to see children captivated by a rare grey wagtail during the Big Garden Bird watch, and we wish everyone a relaxing half term—please remember there is no school on 23rd February.
