Newsletter – December 2023

Firstly, thank you for all your support and encouragement over what has been a long and eventful term. In addition, a big thank you to all our staff for their hard
work and commitment to ensuring a consistent offer for our children. It is a thought-provoking time for us all as we say good bye to some staff whilst welcoming new staff onto our team. We are all very much looking forward to the start of the new year in January.

As many of you are aware David Murphy, our premises manager, has recently won a role leading a team in a school setting in Camden. David has been at the school
for most of my tenure here and will be missed by staff, children and families alike. I am sure you will want to join us all in our congratulations and wish him well. David has been transitioning Ron Jackman to the school whilst we advertise and secure a premises manager to the role in January. The application form can be found on the school website.
I am sure you have been hearing about Cookie, our elf visitor, over December. They have been up to mischief, sometimes encouraged by their friend Trixie. You can see some of their escapades later in this newsletter. Movie Monday was a pleasure. The Odeon feedback to us how polite, well mannered and well behaved the children were. The children cleaned up after themselves and took thanked the staff as we left. Well done everyone!
